Malcolm Gledhill, Consultant
Malcolm holds a Bachelor or Arts and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Sydney. He was a partner of Slade Manwaring from 1971-2000 and has since then been a full time Consultant to the firm.
He is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law and served for many years on the Conveyancing and Property Law Committees of the Law Society.
Malcolm practises in the areas of Conveyancing, Retirement Village, Aged Care and Elder Law, Wills, Estates and undertakes a broad range of advisory work for churches, charities and community organisations.
He periodically speaks at seminars, providing continuing legal education for solicitors. He participates in the Church Law Forum and in consultative meetings between the Australian Taxation Office and the non-profit (charity) sector.
He has been chairperson of the Retirement Villages Ministerial Advisory Council since its inception in 2000 and is a member of the Fair Trading Ministerial Advisory Council. He is also chairperson of the National Assembly Legal Reference Committee of the Uniting Church in Australia.
